SERVICES  
Service Engineers  
    Our service engineers are factory trainted at the OEM's site. They have traveled to and from Japan receiving numerous hours of training.
Service Support (24 hours a day - 7 days a week)  
    We respond tp telephone calls within 2 hours and can be on-site within 24 hours depending on the time of day that the call was made.
Equipment Installation  
    Our engineers have done on-site installation throughout the USA, Europe, and Asia.
Equipment Training Courses  
    We offer on-site / off-site training for Operations, Maintenance, and Process. We also offer customized training that will focus on any sub system or a group of systems such as robot training.
Equipment Warranty Services  
    SEMIX handles all equipment related warranty issues for services and parts.
Equipment Maintenance Service  
    SEMIX performs all equipment related maintenance service on-site.
Service Contracts  
    We offer many different types of service contracts from PM's to full on-site service.
Equipment Modifications  
    Hardware / Software modifications are done by our service engineers. Safety modifications, SEMI S2 and CE Marking are done in-house.
Quality Control  
    We inspect all equipment and parts when they arrive in our warehouse. We also do pre-shipment inspection before any item leaves our facility.
Equipment Refurbishment  
    SEMIX has refurbished many of our systems in the field and in our clean room. We specialize in updating all equipment to give our customers many more years of service.
DOCUMENTATION  
Translation
    Translate Japanese to English to create Service/Operation, and Training Manuals for all systems.
