Our "Spin-on Solutions" program is making a major difference in the development of low k dielectric answers. We have established "seamless" solutions for low k integration. Our cooperative technical support from our chemical sippliers has made it simpler and easier to providing a low k spin-on deposition as the solution for our customers.
Our chemical suppliers and Semix have made major investments to share their burden of "seamless" support to our customers. All of our suppliers process engineering staff have been fully trained on our spin-coater systems and are fully capable of operating our equipment in order to optimize performance. Likewise, our engineers have been trained to understand the variety of chemical solutions our suppliers provide.
As device geometries continue to shrink below 0.18µ and wafer sizes increase, the entire low k deposition process sequence becomes more complex. There are continuous introductions of new low k processes and the need for better performance strategies for chemical deposition. These variety low k materials are referred to as oxide layers or ILD (InterLayer Dielectric). Their function is to insulate between each metal layer and contain the connective patterns for the additional metal layers.

SEMIX has sevice engineers that are capable of working on a variety of Semiconductor Equipment. We have in-house translation from Japanese to English and from English to Japanese.
Semix has a fully equipped 1,200 square foot cleanroom facility. This allows for demonstrations, modifications, refurbishing, value-added products, and testing of a system before it is shipped to a customer's site. In addition, customers can visit Semix to evaluate and process develop their products.
